Location: Shilovo-Isetskii mine, Ekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk), Ekaterinburgskaya (Sverdlovskaya) Oblast', Middle Urals, Urals Region, Russia. Ex Fedor V. Chukhrov specimen collected before WWII. Scale: Picture Size 12x10 mm.
