Comments: Orange-brown aggregates of metauranopilite with yellow green johannite on matrix. Unless sealed in glass, all uranopilite specimens should be considered to have become metauranopilite within a few months of being exposed to ambient air.
Location: Apex Mine, Lander Co., Nevada, USA.
