Augite: (Ca,Na)(Mg,Fe,Al,Ti)(Si,Al)2O6

Comments: Translucent tuscanite microcrystal in in vug in low-Fe augite (var. fassaite).
Location: Pitigliano Quarry, Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy. Scale: See Photo.
