Anapaite: Ca2Fe++(PO4)2·4(H2O)

Comments: Specimen of anapaite on limonite. There are two distinct crystal forms of anapaite - both bladed or tabular and spiky (See inset images).
Location: Taman Peninsula, Black Sea, Russia. Scale: 6 x 5 cm.
